On Monday, June 2nd, Silvagni & Como Law was honored to participate in a community presentation at the Sandel Senior Center of Rockville Centre. Giovanni Silvagni, one of the firm’s founding partners, led a well-attended seminar focused on Elder Law and Estate Planning—two areas of law that are especially important for seniors and their families.
The event was open to the public and provided attendees with essential information on topics including estate planning, trusts and estate administration, asset protection, and Medicaid planning. Mr. Silvagni guided participants through the legal tools available to help them secure their assets, ensure their wishes are carried out, and plan for future care needs.
The Sandel Center staff created a welcoming environment for the event, and we were grateful to see so many members of the community engaged and asking thoughtful questions. It’s a testament to the value of education and open dialogue around aging and legal preparedness.
